SKIN TEST POLICY
All new clients require a patch test within 48 hours before any appointment involving:
- hair colouring
- brow/lash tint
- brow lamination
- lash extensions
- microblading
All patch tests appointments are free of charge and only take around 10 minutes to complete.
*Clients must be aged 16 or over
What does the patch test entail?
On arrival to the salon we will do a specific patch test entailing the application of the product on to a small area of skin and this product must be left on your skin for 48 hours without any interference relating then, you will sign to confirmation consent forms.
That's it, you're done!
What should I do if I have a reaction?
As soon as any reaction occurs including redness/itching/swelling if able to, take antihistamines. If the symptoms continue to persist or begin to get any worse then you should seek medical advice. You will also need to let us know if any reaction has occurred.
Why do I need a patch test?
Patch tests are essential to keep our clients safe from any reactions that can occur from products used in the salon. Reactions can be serious and even life-threatening and so it is a neccessity for client safety and to ensure your visit to our salon can be one of enjoyment and worry free.
When would I need to be tested again?
Once completed your patch test results will be put on record and will not need to be tested again unless you have had any treatments at another salon and are returning and if you haven't had a treatments for 6+ months.
You will also need to inform us if you have had a tattoo, semi permanent make up or used black henna since your last patch test as you will need to book in for a test.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please only call the salon on 01257265308
When Cancelling/Rescheduling an appointment, please try to leave 48+ hours notice. There will be no charge if we have been notified at least 48 hour prior to the appointment.
If we have been notified 24-48 hours beforehand, there will be a 50% charge of the total appointment cost.
Any notice less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in a full payment.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEES
A non-refundable booking fee of £20 will be charged if you:

Are a new client; or
-
booking a course of treatments; or
-
booking any services that last more than two hours
